§ 114. Criminal jurisdiction

Each superior court shall have original jurisdiction of prosecutions for criminal offenses within their respective counties and may impose sentence according to law. (Amended 1973, No. 193 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. April 9, 1974; No. 249 (Adj. Sess.), § 4, eff. April 9, 1974.)
