§ 152. Adjournment to another day

When the state of business requires, the supreme and superior courts may adjourn their respective courts, within the county in which they are usually held, to any day previous to the next stated term. (Amended 1973, No. 193 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. April 9, 1974.)
