§ 439. Criminal jurisdiction-Felonies
The district court shall have jurisdiction to try, render judgment and pass sentence in prosecutions for felonies. (Added 1967, No. 194, § 4, eff. March 1, 1968; amended 1981, No. 223 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
