§ 441. -Violations of bylaws or ordinances
The district court shall have jurisdiction to try and finally determine prosecutions for violations of bylaws or ordinances of a village, town or city except as otherwise provided. (Added 1967, No. 194, § 6, eff. March 1, 1968; amended 1971, No. 258 (Adj. Sess.), § 14.)
