§ 446. Court officer

The court officer for sessions of the district court held in a territorial unit shall be the sheriff or a sheriff of any county within the unit, a constable or, when necessary, any indifferent person, as the judge may require and determine. (Added 1967, No. 194, § 11, eff. March 1, 1968.)
