§ 14. Acceptance of gifts of real property
The secretary, with the approval of the governor, may accept gifts of the rights and interests in real property in the manner provided by 10 V.S.A. chapter 155. (Added 1987, No. 277 (Adj. Sess.), § 5; amended 2003, No. 42, § 2, eff. May 27, 2003.)
