§ 804. State colleges and universities; operation to be self-sustaining

(a) No state college or university licensed under this chapter may use any state or federal monies in order to maintain or improve operations conducted pursuant to this chapter. All such facilities and operations licensed under this chapter shall be financially self-sustaining.

(b) A state college or university president may authorize and transfer up to $5,000.00 for implementation of a rathskeller in a particular college or university. If such start-up fee is not repaid out of proceeds within the first year of operation, no license shall be granted for a second year of operation. (Added 1977, No. 216 (Adj. Sess.).)
