§ 111. Vinous beverages manufactured in Vermont
Vinous beverages manufactured in Vermont and bearing the Vermont seal of quality:
(1) shall be sold in state operated stores;
(2) may be sold in contract agency stores and may be displayed with the spirituous liquors or with the vinous beverages or both. (Added 1987, No. 188 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. May 11, 1988.)
