§ 226. Bottlers' license

The liquor control board may grant to a bottler a license to bottle and sell malt and vinous beverages received by such bottler in bulk upon application of such bottler and the payment of the license fee as provided in section 231 of this title and upon satisfying the commissioner of liquor control as to the compliance with the rules and regulations of the liquor control board relating to the cleanliness of the storage and bottling of the malt and vinous beverages.
