§ 374f. Records; annual report; audit

The corporation shall keep an accurate account of all its activities and report to the authority and to the governor and the general assembly in accordance with section 217 of this title. The administrative costs of the program shall be accurately stated in the report. (Added 1999, No. 25, § 1.)
