§ 650d. Approval
The following shall apply:
(1) Upon being satisfied that all requirements have been met and subject to section 650c (relating to limitations) of this title, the corporation may approve the application and recommend that the secretary award a film production grant.
(2) Prior to providing grant funds to the applicant, the corporation shall enter into a contract with the applicant. The contract shall include provisions requiring the applicant to use the grant to pay costs associated with the production of the film.
(3) The corporation may impose any other terms and conditions on the grants authorized by this chapter as the corporation determines are in the best interests of Vermont (Added 2005, No. 184 (Adj. Sess.), § 17e.)
