§ 2531b. -Eligibility

A candidate for a senatorial scholarship must present evidence in his application that (1) he has been a resident of Vermont for at least two years; (2) that he has been accepted for admission or is a student in good standing at one of the institutions eligible under subsection (a) of section 2531a of this title; and (3) that he is in need of financial assistance in order to continue or pursue his studies at such institution.
