§ 2531d. -Processing
The admission officer of each eligible institution shall give due publicity to the availability of scholarships under sections 2531a-2531f of this title. He shall receive and process each application and rank them in order of the merit and need of the applicants. The admission officer shall then send to each senator the list or lists so prepared of applicants from his county with such supporting material as will assist the senator in making his award on the basis of need and merit.
