§ 147-11.9. Balloting at town meetings

The selectmen, at their discretion, shall determine which articles to be submitted to the voters at any annual or special town meeting shall be voted on by Australian ballot, unless other provisions of this charter or the laws of this state require Australian balloting for a particular issue.
