§ 1739a. Inappropriate use of services by physician; unprofessional conduct

Use of the services of a physician's assistant or a physician's assistant trainee by a physician in a manner which is inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter constitutes unprofessional conduct by the physician and such physician shall be subject to disciplinary action by the board in accordance with the provisions of chapter 23 or 33 of this title, as appropriate. (Added 1985, No. 208 (Adj. Sess.), § 13, eff. June 30, 1986.)
