§ 1-111. Severability

If any provision of this title or the application of it to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this title which can be given effect without the invalid provision or applications, the provisions of this title are severable. (Added 1997, No. 104 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. Jan. 1, 1999.)
