§ 23-38.10:13. State financial aid eligibility.

The institutions of higher education shall reduce state financial aideligibility by the amount of the grant awarded pursuant to this chapter.Tuition assistance received by a student under this program shall not bereduced by the receipt of other financial aid from any source by suchstudent. However, a student shall not receive a grant pursuant to thischapter that, when added to other financial aid received by that student,would enable the student to receive total assistance in excess of theestimated cost to the student of attending the institution in which he isenrolled.
