A. Any Virginia savings institution that is controlled by a savingsinstitution holding company that is not a Virginia savings institutionholding company shall be subject to all laws of this Commonwealth and allrules and regulations under such laws that are applicable to Virginia savingsinstitutions controlled by Virginia savings institution holding companies.
B. The Commission shall promulgate such rules and regulations, including theimposition of reasonable application and administration fees, as it findsnecessary to implement and effect the provisions of this article.
