§ 6.1-194.135. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Deposits of federal taxesand United States Treasury tax and loan accounts.

State savings banks may serve as depositories for federal taxes and forUnited States Treasury tax and loan deposits and may satisfy the requirementsin connection therewith such as maintaining tax and loan accounts and noteaccounts, as defined by regulation of the United States Treasury Department,pledge collateral and satisfy the requirements of the United States TreasuryDepartment in connection with such deposits.
