§ 6.1-194.44. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Law applicable tocontracts of foreign savings institutions.
Any contract made by a foreign savings institution with a resident of theCommonwealth or a foreign corporation authorized to do business in theCommonwealth, shall be considered a Virginia contract, and shall be construedaccording to the laws of the Commonwealth.
