§ 6.1-194.78. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) State associations tofurnish financial statements and reports.

A. Every state association shall furnish the Commission within thirty daysafter the close of its fiscal year a statement of its financial condition onforms supplied by the Commission. Such statements shall be made in accordancewith forms prescribed by the Commission, certified under oath by thepresident or treasurer of the association, and attested by at least three ofits directors. Insofar as practicable, the reports required by this sectionshall conform to those required of associations insured by anyinstrumentality of the federal government. The Commission shall allow stateassociations to submit such statements electronically. Any state associationthat submits such statements electronically shall maintain a copy of thestatement with the required certified signatures affixed.

B. Every state association shall make such other reports as the Commissionmay from time to time require.
