§ 6.1-225.11. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Consolidation or merger.

Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection B of § 6.1-225.23, two creditunions may consolidate or merge, subject to the approval of the Commission,when the Commission finds that an emergency exists and that the merger orconsolidation will promote the best interests of the members.
