§ 6.1-225.33. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Executive committee.
The board of directors may appoint from its own number an executivecommittee, consisting of not less than three directors, which may beauthorized to act for the board in all respects, subject to such conditionsand limitations as are prescribed by the board and § 13.1-869 D.
