§ 6.1-225.47. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Acceptance of money underVirginia Uniform Transfers to Minors Act.

If the custodian or the minor is a member of the credit union, the creditunion may accept money paid to it pursuant to the Virginia Uniform Transfersto Minors Act (§ 31-37 et seq.) for credit to an account in the name of thecustodian or custodians as provided in such act.
