§ 8.01-549. Restraining order or receiver.

The court may interpose by a restraining order, or the appointment of areceiver, or otherwise, to secure the forthcoming of the specific propertysued for, and so much other estate as will probably be required to satisfyany further order that may be made in the proceedings.
