§ 8.01-326.1. Service of process or notice on statutory agent; copy to besent to defendant and certificate filed with court; effective date of service.

Any statutory agent who has been served with process or notice shallforthwith mail a copy of such process or notice to the person or persons tobe served at the last known post office address of such person and file acertificate of compliance with the papers in the action. Service of processor notice on a statutory agent shall be effective as of the date thecertificate of compliance is filed with the clerk of the court in which theaction or suit is pending.
