Delivery and sealing.

Whenever poll-site ballot counting devices are used, the devices may either be included with the supplies required in RCW 29A.44.110 or they may be delivered to the polling place separately. All poll-site ballot counting devices must be sealed with a unique numbered seal at the time of final preparation and logic and accuracy testing. A log must be made of all seal numbers and device numbers used.
