Office of crime victims advocacy — Reports on penalty assessments collection and use of funds for assistance to victims and witnesses of crime.

The office of crime victims advocacy shall report to the legislature on December 31, 1999, December 31, 2002, and December 31, 2005, regarding the collection of penalty assessments under chapter 122, Laws of 1996 and the use of collected funds to provide assistance to victims and witnesses of crime.
