Department of general administration and department of licensing equipment, records, funds transferred.

All reports, documents, surveys, books, records, files, papers, or other written or electronically stored material in the possession of the department of general administration or the department of licensing and pertaining to the powers, functions, and duties transferred by RCW 43.320.011 shall be delivered to the custody of the department of financial institutions. All cabinets, furniture, office equipment, motor vehicles, and other tangible property purchased by the division of banking and the division of savings and loan in carrying out the powers, functions, and duties transferred by RCW 43.320.011 shall be transferred to the department of financial institutions. All cabinets, furniture, office equipment, motor vehicles, and other tangible property employed by the department of licensing in carrying out the powers, functions, and duties transferred by RCW 43.320.011 shall be made available to the department of financial institutions. All funds, credits, or other assets held by the department of general administration or the department of licensing in connection with the powers, functions, and duties transferred by RCW 43.320.011 shall be assigned to the department of financial institutions.

     Any appropriations made to the department of general administration or the department of licensing for carrying out the powers, functions, and duties transferred by RCW 43.320.011 shall, on October 1, 1993, be transferred and credited to the department of financial institutions.

     If a dispute arises as to the transfer of any personnel, funds, books, documents, records, papers, files, equipment, or other tangible property used or held in the exercise of the powers and the performance of the duties and functions transferred, the director of financial management shall make a determination as to the proper allocation and certify the same to the state agencies concerned.
