Film and video promotion account — Promotion of film and video production industry.

The film and video promotion account is created in the state treasury. All revenue received for film and video promotion purposes under *RCW 43.330.090(2)(b) and all receipts from RCW 36.102.060(14) must be deposited into the account. Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation. Expenditures from the account may be used by the department of commerce only for the purposes of promotion of the film and video production industry in the state of Washington.
