179.19 Delivery of certificates to limited partners. Upon the return by the department under s. 179.16 of a certificate marked "Filed", the general partners shall promptly deliver or mail a copy of the certificate of limited partnership and each certificate to each limited partner unless the partnership agreement provides otherwise.179.19 - ANNOT.
