46.2897 Self-directed services option; advocacy services. The department shall allow a participant in the self-directed services option that is operated under a waiver from the secretary of the federal department of health and human services under 42 USC 1396n (c) to access the advocacy services contracted for by the department under s. 46.281 (1n) (e).46.2897 - ANNOT.
