68.05 Municipal authority defined. "Municipal authority" includes every municipality and governing body, board, commission, committee, agency, officer, employee, or agent thereof making a determination under s. 68.01, and every person, committee or agency of a municipality appointed to make an independent review under s. 68.09 (2).68.05 - ANNOT.
