CHAPTER 6 - GIFTS FOR THE BLIND

 

25-6-101. Authority of state to receive property; maintenance; saleand investment of proceeds.

 

 

(a) The state may receive gifts, devises, bequests, deeds andother conveyances of property of any kind for the benefit of the blind citizensof Wyoming.

 

(b) The property received shall be cared for and may be soldand the proceeds invested for the benefit of the visually handicapped citizensof Wyoming. The state department of education shall act for the state as thecustodian of all property received under this section and shall promulgaterules and regulations for the administration of the property and all proceedsfor the benefit of the visually handicapped citizens of Wyoming.
