[§269-103]  Generating capacity.  On anannual basis, beginning in 2003, every electric utility shall make available tothe public utilities commission information on the total rated generatingcapacity produced by eligible customer-generators that are customers of thatutility in the utility's service area.  The public utilities commission shalldevelop a process for making the information required by this section availableto electric utilities,and for using that information to determine when, pursuant to section 269-104,an electric utility is not obligated to provide net energymetering to additionalcustomer-generators in its service area.
