§269-105  Calculation.  The net energymetering calculation shall be made by measuring the difference between theelectricity supplied to the eligible customer-generator and:

(1)  The electricity generated by the eligiblecustomer-generator and fed back to the electric grid over a monthly billingperiod; and

(2)  Any unused credits for excess electricity fromthe eligible customer-generator carried over from previous months since thelast twelve-month reconciliation period. [L 2001, c 272, pt of §6; am L 2005, c104, §5]
