§269-110  Termination by eligiblecustomer-generators.  If an eligible customer-generator terminates thecustomer relationship with the electric utility, the electric utility shallreconcile the eligible customer‑generator's consumption and production ofelectricity, including any unused credits for excess electricity from theeligible customer‑generator carried over from prior months, for theperiod following the last twelve-month reconciliation period to the date oftermination of the relationship, according to the requirements set forth inthis part.
