§269-13  Right to be represented by counsel. At any investigation by or proceeding before the public utilities commissionthe public utility or the person concerned, or other respondent or party andany complainant or permitted intervenor shall have the right to be present andrepresented by counsel, to present any evidence desired, and to cross-examineany witness who may be called.
