[§269-36]  Telecommunications numberportability.  The commission shall ensure that telecommunications numberportability within an exchange is available, upon request, as soon astechnically feasible and economically reasonable.  An impartial entity shalladminister telecommunications numbering and make the numbers available on anequitable basis.
