§269-53  Legal counsel.  The directormay appoint or retain, without regard to chapter 76, attorneys to provide legalservices for the division of consumer advocacy.  Nothing in this sectionprecludes the director of commerce and consumer affairs from requesting andsecuring legal services from the attorney general and the department of theattorney general.
