§269-55 Handling of complaints. Theconsumer advocate shall counsel utility customers in the handling of consumercomplaints before the public utilities commission. The public utilitiescommission shall provide a central clearinghouse of information by collectingand compiling all consumer complaints and inquiries concerning publicutilities.
