§271-23  Bills of lading, shipping
documents.  The public utilities commission may prescribe for motor
carriers the form and content of all bills of lading, freight bills, receipts,
or other shipping documents governing the movement of traffic by motor carriers
regulated under this chapter, and may prescribe the length of time the same
