§271-23  Bills of lading, shippingdocuments.  The public utilities commission may prescribe for motorcarriers the form and content of all bills of lading, freight bills, receipts,or other shipping documents governing the movement of traffic by motor carriersregulated under this chapter, and may prescribe the length of time the sameshall be preserved.
