[§286C-2  Definitions.]  (a)  For thepurpose of the Driver License Compact:

(1)  "Licensing authority" means theexaminer of drivers of each county.

(2)  "Compact administrator" means the statedirector of transportation.

(b)  The licensing authority shall furnish tothe appropriate authorities of any other party state any information ordocuments reasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of ArticlesIII, IV, and V of the compact. [L 1971, c 127, §5; am L Sp 1977 1st, c 20, §12]
