§286G-2  Driver education and training fund. There is established in the state treasury a special fund to be known as thedriver education and training fund.  All driver education assessments collectedpursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in the driver education andtraining fund to be expended by the administrative director of the courts fordriver education and training programs administered by the judiciary, subjectto part III of chapter 37 to the extent that the same applies to appropriationsfor the judiciary.
