§287-14  Matters not to be evidence in civilcourt.  Neither the report required by section 287-4, the action taken bythe administrator pursuant to this chapter, the findings of the administratorupon which the action is based, nor the security filed as provided in thischapter shall be referred to in any way or be any evidence of the negligence ordue care of either party at the trial of any action to recover damages.
