[§287-22.1]  Certificate of insurance asproof; mandatory, when.  Any person required to show proof of financialresponsibility pursuant to section 287-20(a)(3) shall show proof by filing acertificate of insurance pursuant to section 287-22, or, if the person is anonresident, section 287-23.
