§287-26  Driver's policy requirements. A driver's policy of liability insurance shall insure the person named asinsured therein against loss from the liability imposed upon the person by lawfor damages arising out of the use by the person of any motor vehicle not ownedby the person, within the same territorial limits and subject to the samelimits of liability as are set forth above with respect to an owner's policy ofliability insurance.
