§287-28  Liabilities which need not becovered.  A motor vehicle liability policy need not insure any liabilityunder chapter 386 relating to workers' compensation nor any liability onaccount of bodily injury to or death of an employee of the insured whileengaged in the employment, other than domestic, of the insured, or whileengaged in the operation, maintenance, or repair of any such motor vehicle norany liability for damage to property owned by, rented to, in charge of, ortransported by the insured.
