§287-32  Combining policies and issuingbinders to meet requirements.  The requirements for a motor vehicleliability policy may be fulfilled by the policies of one or more insurancecarriers which policies together meet such requirements.

Any binder issued pending the issuance of amotor vehicle liability policy shall be deemed to fulfill the requirements forsuch a policy. [L 1949, c 393, pt of §1; RL 1955, §160-110; HRS §287-32]
