§287-33  Notice of cancellation ortermination of certified policy.  When an insurance carrier has certified amotor vehicle liability policy under section 287-22 or a policy under section287-23, the insurance so certified shall not be canceled or terminated until atleast ten days after a notice of cancellation or termination of the insuranceso certified is filed in the office of the administrator, except that such apolicy subsequently procured and certified shall, on the effective date of itscertification, terminate the insurance previously certified with respect to anymotor vehicle designated in both certificates.
